ViewRank AI is your content workspace. Save winning reels from Instagram and TikTok, turn them into transcriptions, get fresh content ideas, write scripts, and study what makes each video work visually — all in one place.

Step 1 — Connect the extension to your account

1. Open Settings in ViewRank AI and copy your API key.
2. Click the ViewRank icon in your Chrome toolbar, open the menu (⋮), and go to Settings.
3. Paste your API key and save.

Step 2 — Sort videos, then send to your workspace

1. Go to Instagram or TikTok and open a creator's video feed (Instagram Reels tab or TikTok Videos tab).
2. Click the ViewRank extension and press Rank Now to sort their videos by views, likes, comments, and more.
3. In the sorted results overlay, pick the videos you want and click ViewRank AI to send them to your workspace.

If you create a new API key later, paste the updated key into the extension too — the old one will stop working.

With the ViewRank extension: Instagram Reels and TikTok.

Directly in your workspace: paste a public link or upload a file for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or MP4 videos (under 3 minutes). Uploads accept MP4, MOV, MP3, or WAV files up to 25 MB.

From your dashboard, you can paste a public video link or upload a file from your computer. This works great for YouTube Shorts or when you're reviewing content on a device where the extension isn't installed. Videos should be under 3 minutes, and uploads must be 25 MB or smaller.

A Project is one account, niche, or brand you create content for. When you generate ideas or scripts, pick the right project so the AI matches that audience and tone. Starter plans include up to 3 projects; Pro plans include unlimited projects. You can manage projects from your dashboard sidebar.

Open any saved reel in your workspace, then use the tabs inside:

• Transcription — turns the spoken audio into text you can read, copy, or study.
• Ideas — suggests new video concepts inspired by the reel, tailored to your selected project.
• Script — writes a full script based on an idea you choose.

Each action uses credits from your monthly plan. Check what's left anytime in Settings.

Visual Analysis studies how a video looks and feels — camera framing, on-screen text, editing pace, and what makes it engaging. It runs in the background and usually takes a minute or two. You can close the reel and come back later; your results will be waiting when it's done.

• Starter — 200 transcriptions, 500 ideas, 300 scripts, 30 visual analyses, and 3 projects per month.
• Pro — 600 transcriptions, 1,000 ideas, 600 scripts, 100 visual analyses, and unlimited projects per month.

See your current usage in Settings. Credits reset at the start of each billing month.

Open Settings to see your current plan and usage. On Starter, click Upgrade to Pro to switch plans. Use Manage billing to update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel — available on both Starter and Pro. Both open Stripe in a new tab. • Make sure the API key in the ViewRank extension matches the one shown in Settings. If you regenerated your key, paste the new one into the extension.
• Confirm you're signed into ViewRank AI in the same browser you're using for Instagram or TikTok.
• Refresh the Instagram or TikTok page, open the creator's Reels or Videos tab, click Rank Now in the extension, then send from the sorted overlay.
• If sorting doesn't start, check that the extension is turned on in Chrome and you're on a profile's video feed — not a single reel page.

If imports still fail, email support with a screenshot of the page and we'll walk you through it.

Yes. Longer videos can take a few minutes. Analysis runs in the background, so you can browse other reels while you wait. If nothing appears after 10 minutes, refresh the page and open the reel again. If it's still stuck, email support with the reel link.

Start with these simple fixes:

• Refresh the page and sign in again.
• Try a private/incognito window to rule out an old login session.
• Log out, close every ViewRank AI tab, then open the app fresh.

If Settings or your dashboard still won't load, email support with your account email and a screenshot of any error message you see.

ViewRank AI works best in a desktop browser (Chrome recommended). The ViewRank Chrome extension only works on desktop Chrome, so importing directly from Instagram or TikTok requires a computer. You can still open your workspace on a phone or tablet to review saved reels, transcriptions, and scripts.
